ABOUT ME
Marlex John Pagalunan
Marlex was born and raised in the Philippines and is now residing in New Zealand. He started dancing at a young age, joining dance groups in high school. In 2010, Marlex graduated in Fine Arts Major in Advertising. Inspired by his mother and sister, and because of his love for dance, he began to teach as a Les Mills and Freestyle Hip-Hop Group Fitness Instructor in 2008. In 2013, he trained for Zumba B1. After which, his passion for dance and teaching became an even greater reality that he eventually became the first Zumba Jammer of the Philippines. He has been invited to present and join sessions in Zumba Instructor Convention. He is very thankful for the opportunity to be to able reach out and inspire people worldwide through Zumba and Dance.
